You must be at least 18 years old to use Movolve.
Movolve provides a social wellness platform that connects people through shared movement and community experiences.
When using Movolve you agree to:
Movolve may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
Some Movolve services require paid memberships, passes or subscriptions.
Participation in fitness and wellness activities involves physical exertion and inherent risks.
You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate health, accident, disability or other insurance coverage. Movolve does not provide insurance for participants.
All content available through the Platform remains the property of Movolve or its licensors.
Your privacy is important to us.
Your use of Movolve is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Movolve reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, permanently ban users and take legal action where appropriate.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movolve makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the accuracy of any information available through the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movolve shall not be liable for:
Movolve uses automated algorithms and systems to recommend and group participants for activities. Matches are not guaranteed to be accurate, compatible or safe, and participation in any matched activity remains entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Some sessions are hosted by independent gyms, studios or venues. Movolve does not own or control these facilities and accepts no responsibility for their premises, equipment, employees or services.
By attending Movolve events, you grant Movolve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to capture, use and publish photographs, videos and similar media in which you may appear for marketing, promotional and operational purposes. If you do not wish to appear, you must notify Movolve in writing before the event.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Movolve Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, trainers, partners and licensors from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting our support team.
Movolve may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or business practices.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform together with the revised effective date.
Your continued use of Movolve after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts having jurisdiction, depending on the applicable law and your location.
